Hiya, Well, I have a Greys GRX 10 foot 6/7 weight, 3 piece Fly rod, which got the tip broken off recently, it was "repaired". Unfortunately that killed the action, I had a look on their website, to find that their is a lifetime guarantee with it, so I called them up just a few mins ago.
I spoke with a chap called Alan Young, who was Excellent,. he told me the GRX was discontinued around 5 years ago, and there were no spare tips in stock..:(, but not to worry. If I send them the joint section off each piece, and a cheque for £50, they will send me a new GRXi, in a Cordura tube, by return of post.
Its great to deal with a company that has a customer service like this...sooperb.
