newbie!! help needed frozen lugworm?

hi heading to loch fyne tomorrow i got in the frozen lug worm from gac,do i keep them in the freezer for just before i leave or should they be taken out tonight to defrost??i also got frozen sand eels has anyone got a link for a best rig to used with them and how you hook them??thanks:thumbs:

you might wanrt a mod to move this

salt water will have them ready before you use them dont unfreeze them before hand if you know what i mean,like 6 hours before or your looking at a big newspaper wrap of mush.

keep them chilled and only defrost what u need in a tin of salt water when u need to use them.
