nath, cow patch is to far for a lot of people to walk and the worlds end is to snaggy
the wharf wold be a good venue, anywhare along there as long as there was size limits lets say nfsa rules
you could do heaviest bag:spiteful:

I'll go along with that, cow's spot you need a ****ing camel, the world's end is a sh1thole, other than that north bank of the thames is quite nice:wiggle:

what about bottle beach at Tilbury. Fair enough its more of a flounder patch than a codling area, but its not as a far as the Cows Patch and you get fish al along that stretch unlike Grays Wharf

Jason, despite his no show at Hythe :wiggle: has a point, the only other alternative would be as Alan T mentioned Mucking flats (StaNford), but how nice would that be if someone could get hold of the key for the gate at the warren, sorry folks but I'm joining the ranks of "old b4stards" these days, and long walks with heavy tackle boxes don't seem to give me the buzz it used to, but hey that's life ,if I've got to hack it, then hack I will.
