Majorca

[Paul the rookie]

Hi all - off to majorca with the trouble and strife later this year and plan on taking a light spinning rod - has anyone fished there or could offer advice .

Ever so grateful if you can, as if I can't fish I end up sitting in the cafes sloshing back ever increasing amounts of booze and frankly, its not good for my health. :D

Had good fun in November catching Bream up to a kilo off the rocks. Heavy Avon type float, size 8 hook and prawns bought from the supermarcado did the biz. Chopped a few prawns up and fed with bread paste as ground bait too.
