when you coming to mallorca, there is a shop in santa ponsa behind thesupermarket eroski sip ,but from the shore there are very few bottom feeding fish untill around late febuary -mid march when the fishing starts to pick up big time i stay at the north of the island just outside alcudia ,if you are coming in the winter months just use bread and target the mullet shoals ,on a float set up any info required pm me tight lines gary

Just over for a few days in early March. fished from rocks near Can Pastilla late November and caught some nice bream on prawns .. There was a local in the evening float fishing with a luminous float and using worm he was banging them out!

bread and calamari are just as good as the worms, use an open ended swim feeder with the bread and a 4 hook paternoster with number 8-12 hooks and you can get these to baits at the supermarket although if using worms use coreano jumbos and cut them into 1cm sections and they should last you around 4hours fishin g
