George Thornley. South Coast Trophy Comp.
Is on Sunday 3rd May at COGDEN beach (Chesil).
1100 - 1600.
HW is 14.50 @1.5m.

Entry £5. Proceeds to the RNLI.

1 rod, 3 hooks, rule.

There is a great trophy as 1st prize. Definatly worth winning.. Ask Ian Houlton!!!!!!!!

If you are going to fish this comp, can i please ask for raffle prizes please.. It will help raise more for charity.

As an extra incentive to you all.... Colin, AKA Crack off Colin, casting instuctor, will be on hand before the comp, to help people improve there technique..

pat m8 i was down reg's getting bait sat for the wales v england comp anyway he's just finished the hand built rod for the appeal a great rod a 1 off reg's special with a george thornly badge put on it anyway how can i get this rod over to you?is it b4 the aberavon meet?if not i could bring it there and you could take it m8..let me know.andy

there is apparently a tiny chance that we will get access to the beach itself for parking. only a chance mind and if not we will have a 3.400 yard walk on hard standing.

Tactics wise.... anything will work!!! lol..

Small hooks, wishbone rigs, for the flatties... Flappers for bream ect..
