florida lake davenport

im going on holiday in may and the villa is just over the road to lake davenport.Does any one know what to expect to catch.thnx

I suspect it's going to be, in the main, Largemouth Bass.

Some months ago I posted some generalised information on fishing in the Kissimee/Orlando area on this thread - http://www.worldseafishing.com/forums/showthread.php?t=11677. That may give you a starting point not just only on the freshwater fishing, but there're also references to sea fishing around Cape Canaveral - around an hour's drive away.

The only other thing I can suggest is that you perhaps try PM-ing Sabretooth. He was in that area on holiday during April.
