I'm off to Bali in mid-july and would like any advice from anyone who has been there fishing before. I've looked into it a little and am mainly interseted in fishing the reefs and game side of things.
Has anyone got any info on charter trips?? Or tips or experiences good or bad??

i fished off the gilli isles near lombok ( next to bali) with a couple of locals ,we had a few tuna snapper and other bits and peices. If you are on a package holiday the hotel will sort everything for you.Other than that you will have to use one of the tour shops which you should be careful of.If you havnt been before pm me as ive travelled all round indo and been there many times

Try this guy out....have never fished with him but have heard good things.

The fishing in Bali is very hit and miss...some very good fish but not very consistent by all accounts.
Adhek is supposed to be one of the best if you are targetting dogtooth tuna and ruby snappers....as well as GTs. Best tactic is probably jigging, although live baits if you can get them will work even better.
Cheers

July in Bal area is season of mahi, mahi, tuna, mackarel and traveley. You can fishing, snorkeling and diving in Bali with experience guide.
Thanks
