does anyone know how jacksons bay is fishing especially near the old pipe

I fish jacksons bay a bit, usually fish off the railings, had dogs, pouting, small conger last weekend.

But where is the old pipe?

round in the bay to left of the railings but to get there you have to walk up the cliffs and the down them to get to it
