fresh catch

Hi folks
here is the fresh catch from Goa .. had a rocking time.. early this month. Caught most of the fish while trawling and a few off the shore. will post more snaps and details later

yes the would be tuna .. but in much deeper waters around oct - nov I presume. Thou the weather here has taken a bad turn with a lot of rain .. will be out hunting some thread fin once the sun comes out

Nice Cuda there mate! Any signs of GT? I guess the thread fin salmon sholud be on their way. May head down next month for the thread fin salmon or might go after sailfish off Madras.:)

Yes there is news of GT, thou one need to get out to the reefs and rocks off the coast, since I will be in Goa for the next few months will keep you posted on fresh news, if do come into goa give me a buzz .. looking foward to landing a few thread fins myself. Keep me updated on and news or tips on thread fin

and sam yes did go fishing last weekend and landed 5 fish .. snapper... trevaille and a rather large old catch fish ... the season for thread fin has started and since the weather has cleared up .. I will out there on the waters this weekend . will send u an upadate accordingly.

Hi Dean,

Just got word today that the thread fin salmon should hit the coast between the 13th and 15th of this month..... near Malpe. Have you heard anything similar?

here are some more barras caught in Goa, most of the hits were on the receding tide and .. they just love the fire tiger rapala. The Thread fin has yet come into a complete swing, just a few catches that I have come across. Will post a few more snaps of this weekends fishing in the State of Maharashtra .. had an amazing time fought a 50 kilo rock fish .. for 3 hrs
