Got my favorite for tea tonight!!

Monkfish and scallop thai green curry!! - It dont get much better than that.

Lemon Sole fillets wrapped round monk fish cubes and prawn, rolled up and backed in a white wine and cheese sauce................hhhmm

bubble and squeak patties topped with torn up smoked salmon slices, and couple of soft free-range eggs.. add a little drizzle of sweet chilli sauce (optional)

cook the patties, top with salmon, grill for a few seconds, top with an egg and add sauce ;)

best monday scran you can have!
