OK, so this isn't a catch report, but I figured it was a good place to post...

I might be lucky enough to be having a week long trip to Dingle Peninsula early in November. This will be my first trip to Dingle, but if it is half as good as I have heard then it certainly wont be my last.

Can anyone tell me what species would be around early in November?

Also, I am banking on the fact that due to the shape of the peninsula I should be able to find fishable marks no matter what the weather decides to do - would this be a correct assumption ?

Thanks in anticpation...

have a look at Sea-Angling-Ireland.com. it will give you a description of the marks, hopefully with updated info. also, jump on the forum and ask some of the lads. they might even tell you some of their favourites spots, if your nice!

Bob Moss has a guide to dingle which is well worth looking at. Surf fishing for bass should still be in full swing and big flounder may be available in cloghane estuary.
