I like Salmon Steak with Lemon butter sauce.
Take a 200 gm steak of salmon, marinade it with pinch of salt, white pepper powder, Dijon Mustard paste, oregano herb, lemon juice and oil. Leave aside for 10 minutes. Then grill it. Alternatively, panfry it and then cook in oven till done. Serve with lemon butter sauce.
