red tilapia ????????

hi all, weve just bought 2 of the above from morrissons
but have no clue what to do with them for the best
cooking results,

any tips gratefully recieved

thanks very much richie a zillion ways to cook them lol,
before today we hadnt heard of them.

wasnt bad think we,ll stick to our native fishes though,
while theres still a few left.

Which recipe did you use?

a bit of a mixture of a couple really, ended up stuffing them with leeks and
onions,tomatos, mushrooms which wer fried in butter, added
soy sauce touch of tobasco and baked off in the oven to finnish.
think they would have been better if we,d have done a recipie
for fillets as there was a lot of very small bones.

the veg was lovely tho lol.
