What is the best depth to spin these at???

My first casts would always be as deep and as slow as possible before trying all depths up to shallow and increasing retrieve speed until something grabs it.
Mostly I use it in fresh water but certainly works in the salt. They have a really good low frequency vibration and best weight is the 15g as the heavier (25g I think) version seems a bit too quick to sink on the retrieve.
If you can get Mepps ones they're the best.
My favourite sea spinner, great for small Bass action fish at the depth the fish are

Thanks for the replies.:) Nice pics Jon, didn't realise that Wrasse will take a spinner, looks as if I could be in for some good sport.:)
