Hello guys, i live in luton, bedfordshire (only living here until the summer, as i'm from edinburgh and shall be returning back!). I would be interested in some casting coaching if anyone can point me in the right direction of someone suitable. I'm a pretty good angler/caster in the average guys eyes...... but i know theres room for improvement!...... can anyone help?

If Kings Lynn isn't too far for you to travel you would be welcome at our practice sessions on a Saturday afternoon (subject to becoming a member £15 to cover the insurance) see club website www.anglia-sportcast.co.uk for further information.
Alternatively try Kent sportcast at www.kentsportcast.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/ I think they still go through the winter

Andy,
I move back to Scotland (Linlithgow) just after summer, maybe we need to sort out a location to hold events around the central belt. The drive down to Wigtown area is a wee put off. I will still be going!

finding a good -large -safe casting area can be a nightmare. i remember keegy and the gang coming down to n.w.casting from s.w scotland along with people from the north east-yorkshire-- north wales --- the wirral and many other places.
i know its a pain in the butt travelling. but if you need to learn how to cast its well worth it to have a good day out with a good bunch of lads who will bend over backwards to help you
