I intend to make some tai fish cakes this week end just hope there ok with flunder as thats all I seem to catch ;)

anything makes good fish cakes (aslong as its fish)
thats why the SE asians do it! any fish meat tastes good!
crab prawn even rockfish and lionfish! anything that comes up in the net!
