well what do you all do with your skeltatons from your fish well this is what i do.

if you have say a load of cod, bass whiting skeltatons the place in a large stock pot fill with water and simmer four atleast a couple of hours , every so ofton give it a good mash, then strain of liquid through a sieve and hey presto you have some quality fish stock.

they is loads of stuff you can do with the stock like soups, sea food pasta ect .

ill post some recipes later when i have more time.

Too true there is stacks of stuff you can do with stock and is always handy to have some in the freezer. i freeze in small batches... also if after you strain the stock ( if you leave the bones in too long you can get a bitter taste) you reduce it on the stove some more so it is super concentrated you can fill ice cube trays with it then keep the cubes in bags for use.

the ice cube idea is a good ill do thaqt . i just freeze mine in pint blocks

It's important when doing a fish stock never to keep the bones in too long as they make the stock bitter, so dump 'em after an hour max.
