Hello all.
Headed to Ardglass for first time on Saturday. Slight wind from NW and headed down to ST. Johns point. Got a few kelp Cod and bits and bobs but nothing massive. Wind got up a little from NE so we headed back towards harbour and then went North a little and got into a few more Cod. Stacks of mackeral about and a few nice wrasse as well. Big god damn seal took two fish on the way up then swung his tail round and gave me a soaking as well. Couldn't get away from him so fed him the rest of our mackeral (about 20-30) then headed for home to find the blinkin' slip dried out. Ah well, went for a chinkers and back to slip a few hours later and somewhat wiser for again.
Am I best to head north out of harbour or south to St. Johns point? Most boats seemed to head North.
