what is the best way to present them on a trace ??? , a single hook with a single crab on , or 3 - 4 on a pennell rig ??? :g: , and do you elastic to tie them on ??:g:
only used them a few times last year and want to try them again this year .

3-4 on a pennel?! you must have tiny hermits, i normally use 1 on a 3/0. And yes plenty of elastic to hold the legs and claws together.

just use 1 baited as u would a worm on a single hook or a pennel.
or u can use just the tails 2 or 3 on a pennel 2 make a good size bait.

thanks , was just thinking of a sizeable bait to tempt a big ray or bass :)

i usually only use the tails, 3 tails and tipped with a whole one for the hounds i would say.

the claws tend to keep the smaller fish away a bit, similar to using hard backs for wrasse.

Yep, as above just the tails and my preference is just one tail.
