The next worthing match venue is to be decided!
I think it is at Climping next Friday evening Sussex Schu will verify as he is in the know, He should put the time and date on here but his confidence is low at the moment as I took his pants down again today. ( at pagham):kissing:

Definately sounds dodgy to me....... If you MUST expose Shueys bottom, could you not do it where there arent small children around? Sight like that could traumatise them for life......... :unsure:
Incidentally, did you hound him to defeat again?

yeh afraid so rob,
had a hound 4.4lb getting bigger as i'm chasing them around, regards to his bottom its a bit podgy and i'm looking for one a bit nicer.

If the conditions make Climping unfishable e.g strong south west winds, weed etc the match will be moved back to the Pier, 7pm till 11pm.
Looking at the weather they are predicting up to 30mph south westerly winds for Thursday so that may **** the Climping idea up.
A decision will be made before the match so everyone knows a day or so before the match. :secret:

Can someone confirm day abd time of macth. The tide for Thursday and Friday seem wery early (6ish and 7.30ish).

Yes £10 to enter. Bring a big bucket ...... match will probably be fished on Worthing Pier as the wind forecast for rest of the week will make the beach unpleasant to fish :(

I popped down Pagham for one cast yesterday, totally thick with weed with these SW up by the stone breakwaters. Am guessing Climping is off the venue sheet?

I will ask the Happyshopkeeper for confirmation tomorrow on where the match will be held. Seems like it is windy thursday and getting up friday evening during the match. Imagine there would be some weed at climping also ?
Where would people rather its fished ?
I think the beach will be pretty horrible looking at the forecast. And with the tide times being what they are, the Pier makes better sense to me.

Think your right - will get confirmation later - was a bit of weed on Worthing beach and Climping is normally worse for weed than here.
Another reason for going on the pier is that with high tide being only half an hour after the match starts we're gonna be finishing three and a half hours after high tide.

The EX Penn Sea League Chump has been to some Brighton clubs. He thought as all the blokes were smiling and winking to him they must all be fisherman and reliased who he was :g: :)

Match is definetly on the Pier - normal times 7 till 11.

At the moment the jetty is locked so we all may be up the top deck.... yesterday they were catching plenty of dogfish even as close in as the arcade.
Mark S is match favourite following his "win" the other night and all his free tackle he's been given. Bet he try's to catch a rockling as well :)
Yeah, right, Schuey! If I'm match favourite Peter Crouch is a transexual hairdresser from Lancing. Weather forecast doesn't look very nice...
