Hi there,
I'm new to this sport and have just aquired some beachcasting gear and some spinning gear.
I've read up a little on spinning tactics off the rocks and pier for pollack and I was wondering if anyone could point me to any decent marks.
I live in central Scotland so anywhere within a few hours drive would be useful.
Thanks, in anticipation for any help and advice,

Have a look in the Scotland forum mate or at Scottish Shore Angler site (http://www.scottishshoreangler.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/) or Codhead Bob's site (http://codheadbob.tripod.com/topmarks/index.html) or Mike's Scottish Sea Marks site (http://www.mikes-seamarks.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/) or Flounder Al's site (http://www.shortal.com/flounder_al_marks/profile.html) you'll find loads on info in the forums and on these sites, but there's plenty of other out there as well

Hi Shovelmonkey.
I originate from Scotland, and the West coast particularly round Helensburgh/Craigendoran has always been productive. So too the Ayrshire coast, but best of all I would recommend the Isle of Arran. It is not as prolific as it once was, but the coastline still holds plenty of good fish.
