you get one by attending a clean up or meet at the club base at regular meets its cash at the time

If you want a good way of doing t-shirts check out www.spreadshirt.co.uk - I use them for afew different things - they are not as cheap as ordering 500 bulk, but for low numbers they are excellent - the best bet is a vector design in flock from my experience, the bitmap ones are not as good.
