Schuey is offline due to PC problems but asked me to post that this match will probably be switched from the Pier to Goring. Phone Prime for confirmation.

Spoke to the Happy Shopkeeper this morning about the match last night which was held at Sea Lane Ferring.....it seems that the ol Highwayman hitched up Bess to the shiney red ex mail van and having plundered the the foreshore in search of spiders set off to donate his tenner to the cause(h.s. retirement fund).....as things turned out however the aging outlaw got a result :clap3::clap3:..he actually won:uhuh: with 6 hounds for a weight of 62lb 8oz,best 15 lb 4oz,took him for a walk.....Steve was 2nd with 56llb again 6 fish:clap3::clap3: The shopkeeper got his dosh back however with the heaviest hound..a fine specimen of 16lb 2oz...local expert The Shu was pegged next to h'man and got a right good stuffin as did knashers,we think he ate most of his bait.Mark S i'm told turned up sporting a superb pair of black and white chessboard trainers that he found whilst rummaging through a bin... best keep him away from the West Arm then:)
Before you all go off on one , the hounds were all weighed at time of capture and returned immediately:bye2:

Bloody hell....He-man getting his finger out...his best hound of 15lb 4oz would of had a weight advantage over him (skinny git) and i'm surprised the beast did'nt drag him in !!!

Schuey's pc is probably down due to excessive downloading..

Wrasse knashers......yesterdays news !!

Saw ye olde shoppe keep on sunday....had his sunglasses on...looked like a 100 year old version of magnum...

Mark s....chessboard shoes to denote his sacrifical pawn status...(did you get any hounds mark ?

That 100 year old version of Magnum i'm led to believe gave you a lesson on how to catch eels on sunday at Rustington thus adding a bit more to his fund
Is this true?

Of course not - I am cursed when it comes to hounds! I hoped the shoes would be lucky but maybe they should go back in the bin where my son despatched them! Can't blame the shoes for being a rotten caster though and going to put some work in on that. Lost one in the surf due to a weedy leader knot from a slack line bite and not going backwards up the beach quick enough to prevent a wave rolling the fish up the beach and slackening the line.:schmoll: Nearly packed up there and then but foolishly thought my luck could only improve. Four eels was my sorry tally. Another tenner down the drain:cry:
