great to have a new site. hopefully we will find out some good info on the islands, as it is only2-3hrs away from me on the ferry, and maybe we could book a day trip, across and fish for 8 or 9 hrs. keep us informed please.

by the way... its only £20 from weymouth, for a 12 hr day trip :)

but all islands i take you mean places like the isle of man, isle of white etc
well anyway i live in the isle of man and i fish in a place called ramsey or the piers tend to catch the usual like mackeral, doggies, whiting, gurrnad and the odd pollock and flounder but i wouldn't say it was worth a trip over but maybe other places on the island like peel or castledown further down the island might be better.

hi dan, sorry, i think this site refers to the channel islands , jersey & guernsey, + the surrounding islands, like i said, its only about 2 hrs to guernsey, from weymouth. any tips on where to fish, would be great. :)
