As the Kent lot are trying to get a team together, I reckon the Essex lads should show them how to fish again.
The 1st 2 weeks of Nov is out of the question as our Captain Alan T OBE is out of the country. So lets have Dungie again (because there are fish there) lets have 2 rods 4 hook max, and let battle commence.

yeah,i'm right up for that.good idea on the 2 rod thing.if it's too windy (south west) a deal beach should be an alternative venue....dave.

I'm up for a lesson on how to catch fish.

Also the first 2 weeks of November are out of the question for me too as I will be too busy preparing for the Classic on the 11th, maybe not, but can't go every weekend.

No, we are fishing in Kent 1st. I might see about Orford Island for the return leg that way we can invite the east coast lot and beat them aswell. I will let Alan T and Nukem work out a date for the Dungie match and perhaps invite the south coast along aswell for a beating and a beer (sounds like southend seafront on a saturday night)

I would be very happy to turn out for the Essex boys if you need the numbers. I recently (like last weekend) discovered I have both Jewish and Irish ancestory, so I can also be available should the Irish or Israeli forums be invited.........

anytime after the middle of november would be good as i'm away big game fishing for a fortnight! yippeeee! :yeah:

Well it was supposed of been a nice lil pun except I didn't realise you had posted it, so instead I made as arse of myself :uhuh:

You should do well at this match as you know my secret to fishing it, 40 yard casts with a human finger on the hook :secret:

I was fishing with Ash and Northen Steve and we had trouble geting 10 decent fisherman from Essex together.
