Venue to be decided, eh? So the pier's not looking too promising then? With codling everywhere else there may be a few there too. Then again.... Wherever it is, like a selling plater taking on classic winners, I'll be along to donate my customary tenner to the usual suspects!

It is most likely to be on the pier. The chart the club gave out shows a wrong date as there isnt a Thursday 6th November ! :rolleyes:

Yes there is a Shoreham match monday, an East Preston one at Hove Sunday and one at East Preston wednesday ..... you could do all 4 !!! :showoff:

....and the 55 quid you laid out means you couln't afford a doss either......unless you had a pick up of course....most prob best to just stick at the 2 for a score:unsure::unsure:

A pick up would be rather less likely than a lock out! Just the two for a score is the sensible way - especially as I lack the stamina to fish constantly, unlike grizzled and battle hardened veterans such as your good self. :notworthy:bones::crazy:

Thanks Mark ,i'll take that as a compliment , although i aint sure about the grizzled bit.Now i'm getting on a bit i might struggle to manage all five matches unless the retirement fund is receiving a bit of a boost ,just have to see how it goes.Anyway as you know the club matches are good fun and hopefully help the less experienced anglers gain some knowledge and improve thier results.
I'll look out for you if you have a wander along on Saturday,if not hopefully see you Monday Loadsa :fish:

i'm sorry to here you consider yourself as 'an old has bin'...perhaps with the sun on your face, you could atleast be a 'possible could be'.....positive thinking is a must on this isle of ours.

yes;rules are rules, and rules rule...i read the rules, but some people make there own rules, and stick to them.......but the original rules must be obeyed.....
