just quick cople of questions gents,I am off to cuba to get married in January for three weaks and I was just wondering weather I need to get any sort of permit to sea fish from the coast?
also, I am going to take light and a heavy spinning rods for plugging etc but I was wondering wether to take a four peice beach caster and penn mag,if memory serves me right the resorts name is valedero in the north of the Island , west of Havanna , any info would be greatly appreciated thanks.

No permit required! Beach caster and mag always usueful for fishing off rocks, deep piers and causeway bridges.
