mexico mayan riviera

ok im off to mexico (mayan riiera) on christmas day, and desperatly need any hints, tips etc. am taking a spining rod and fly rod so will plug lure and fly. anybody try any float or live/dead baiting ? any info greatfully recieved thanks, Andy

Did you take up Mark's earlier advice and read through this post - http://www.worldseafishing.com/forums/showthread.php?t=68607? As well as that there a range of other related threads that cover places like Cancun and Cozumel.

If you can't find specific advice it might well be worth PM-ing those individuals who've visited the area.
