Just to add to what Sean (Sdewis)is doing,we will be having a bit of a meet at Chaple point at 19:00 sunday 30th.

Bring a friend,bring a bottle,bring a bit of grub,cos it's going to be a great fishing party !!!!!!!!

Yeah, the main thread for this can be found here. (http://www.worldseafishing.com/forums/showthread.php?t=94037)

There's quite a few that have said are going to meet now.

If anyone else is going, post a reply in the thread.

Cheers, Sean

Dire is an understatement !!!!!!!

Couldn't hold bottom even with 210gm on,weed every chuck, and no fish....

Couldn't work out why,as the sea was as flat as a proverbial wet f**t,and looked lovely !!!!

Never mind,always another day ......

Same here! A guy to my left and a guy to my right each had a smallish whiting.

I had a good cod bite, but lifted into it too quickly and missed the fish. That's all in 3 and a half hours fishing for me.

You have to take the rough with the smooth I guess!

Maybe a deeper venue such as Mogg's Eye would have been easier fishing that night.

I vote for Mogg's Eye next meet.

Cheers

Sean,
You really are a glutton for punishment aren't you ? !!!!!!!!!! :bleh:

Last time we had a meet there,we were nearly blown off the beach !!!!!

:help::help::roll1::roll1:

Then there was another meet planned last April, which again, was winded off, blowing a right Hoolie, with huge Waves......

Try again maybe in the summer there, and Bohemia......

Hi Paul

It's roughly in between bohemia point and chapel point, on the coastal road (obviously!)

It's on google earth HERE (http://maps.google.co.uk/maps/ms?msa=0&msid=102166683971765377191.0004363e0b8a6024c3436&ie=UTF8&ll=53.274722,0.319376&spn=0.008841,0.028667&t=h&z=16&om=1&iwloc=0004363e24bb777043c7a) (someone has already created a lincs fishing map!) Was talking to Rob (zeldafish) about it the night we fished and it's got a much better steeper drop-off than chapel point so I'm going to give it a bash next weekend (11th-13th).

Cheers
