Last year the weather was terrible, however, fish was caught. There were some nice spring cod around. Hopefully this year, the weather will be kinder to us!
He who dares, come and have a go if you think you're hard enough!
High tide is 18.30 - 7.1m. Will probably fish 1 hr after low water.
Hope you can all make it. Pm me and I'll add you to the DIE HARD Lists!

advance weather forecast just in. light s/w wind, 65 degree's.... BUT overcast.
plus a massive shoal of cod seen heading for mogg's eye.

think my jinx thing is fading, as when i did that boat trip we never saw any rain at all, and we never got blown out of the water either. :roll1:

My wife's aunt sadly passed away on Saturday and the funeral is looking like it will be this friday in blackpool so I might not be back for the meet on Saturday!

I wasn't concentrating on which month it is. The thought of funerals give me a fuzzy head!

thanks for the link myself and a mate jeff will be up for it if thats ok with all we are not experts but would like to meet other people on the forum and maybe grab a few tips

I don't think that there is any such thing as a sea angling expert.

There's always something new to learn!

I definitely not an expert, but I'm a lot better at fishing since I started fishing again last March. I've got better by asking questions and I'm sure that everyone at the meet will be more than accommodating if you want to ask anything.

Yep! Latest BBC weather forecast is 8 deg C 23mph SSW HEAVY rain. So it's pretty much a repeat of last year by the looks of it :doh:
