The price of a trip to Norway often comes up and as a ball park figure £1200 for 9 days fishing is about write.
When you break it down, this is good value for money.
UK charter trip would be around £80 trip including petrol to and from the port.
On some days we fished for 15 hours in a day so hour for hour not that expensive.
Fishing can be exceptional.

I'd second Jonny's comments, plus unless right on open coast you are more likely to get out fishing most days which seems to be a rarity in the UK even in the summer months.

We are going in July to Sandland Loppa and yer your bang on with the price and its worth every penny if you get the weather.
Good deal for someone as it books up fast and not everyone can get a group of four so joining a party makes it easier, i had not booked for July i would of taken both spots for me n a mate.

Thanks for the input guys, people who have not fished Norway just don't realise how good it is. We have been Oksfjord 1st year then last 2 years at Sandland Brygge, and have had fantastic fishing.
if it gets scruffy there is v good fishing in the fjords,Sandland is very popular and we have had to book at least a year in advance and then been restricted to available weeks.
