i went to king fisher lake couple of days ago and was fishing in burrows i found a swim that looked good and chuked the rod out i didnt have a maker or anything like that

my alarms scremed off !!!!!
when i got the fish in it whaighed in at 14lb as that was my fist carp fish i was over the moon hahahaha

any advis for the future please
