South east kayakers
As alot of other people have said the same thing on here, im now beginning to save to up to hopefully get a kayak either this year or early next. Just wanting to know if there are many people that go kayak fishing in the south east of the country.

south east kayak fishing
Hi pouting,
I don't think there's that many just yet, although the number is growing steadily. There are a few of us in sussex and you're always welcome to join in.

Hello Pouting, we met on the 'other' forum. As soon as the weather improves, you can try one of my kayaks out. There is another post for you on kayakfishing.
Mike.

I would love to have a crack at doing that, only thing is i cant swim and dont think the 2 should be mixed
There's plenty of fish in the sea, but until I catch one, I'm stuck here just holding my rod.

the ones ive been looking at are either:
Caper
Drifter
Prowler 13
Big game
All between £450 and £600 So not that bad. Did see a nice kit with the big game, Came complete with rod holders, different seat, humming bird fish finder and a couple of other things for £1299. So may be investing in that either the end of this year or the start of next year. just getting everything else first and the kayak last.

I see a nice one on other forum what went for £350 i think, looked ideal. Id rather buy one second hand with all the bits and bobs, but tbh, not really looked into them that much so dont know to much about them.

May just buy one second hand but the big game set-up was good even though a bit pricey
