Last time I was there I sat for 11 hours in the pouring rain without a bite, on plugs, deadbaits or even a small livebaited trout. The most memorable part of the trip was running up the signal to tell the ferry to come and pick us up!
Visit the WSF tackle shop HERE!

If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, swims like a duck and goes 'Quack' it's probably a duck. Or if you're into conspiracy theories it's a chicken.

    dick turpin's still alive then???!!!

think lomond took a bit of a battering wi the seals that had got into the loch. plus the fact its close to built up areas seems to attract noddy and his mates.

    Hiya,

The problem with Lomond is all the anglers are like sheep and follow each other to a few well known marks which are totally hammered. If you are prepared to think out the box and work at your fishing then the fishing there can be superb.. with waters like Lomond you only get out what you put in.
