this might be useful
found this programme on an american tackle site. you can log your catches, together with bait, fishing conditions etc. the ineresting thing is you can then process the results as graphs etc to see how various variables affect results.

The way thongs have been here in sunny east anglia this winter, there haven't been a lot of catches to log, regardless of conditions...
They'd be pretty boring graphs
