Did anyone read the News of the Screws fishing article, about the Fad?? telling everyone to get over there, fishing was ace!!! Well, a couple of weeks ago, our lads were over for the start of the season...2 fish for perhaps 30 boats. It was so bad the owner ( very nice guy BTW )offered a free day on the Sunday......

Also, in the same article, it tells you in the "Loch Tip", Drumbowie Loch reservoir, near Denny, is a Brown only water, (now that loch is my club water),.....Dont think so, they need up to date reports, as with most angling papers!!....it became a Rainbow/Brown water mibbes 2 years ago....and it is a PRIVATE members loch only.......not as you may think from the "TIP" that it's a day ticket public fishery...do they just make these things up as they go along....
