Can any one tell me if this is a good venue to fish, with what tactics and what state of tide as i have been told by a none angler about this place. Also any thing regarding Ringstead bay as i have fished it like a beginer a couple of years ago and it looked like it has a lot of potential.

Would be much appreciated.

Hi Norm,

I used to camp in the NT camp site every year and fish just under the "Cap". There used to be pleanty of Bass and the usual other odds and ends. I cannot comment on the Winter fishing but the Summer fishing from Easter through to September was excellent. Not many fished the area as parking was restricted to NT and Camping and Caravan Club members.

If you do fish this area please keep me informed.

Hi Drew,

I will let you know how i get on when i go, which will probably be in a couple of weeks time weather permitting, i have been told it runs quite deep do you know if this is true.
