Malarone malaria tablets
On another thread I now cant find there was talk of these tablets being possibly cheaper in Spain and I promised to find out.
Boots for 32 tabs was £83.
Spanish chemist €45 per dozen tablets.
Not a lot in it really.

Hi John,
I think I raised this on an Africa thread earlier this year.
You're right - there's not too much in the actual price of the tablets, but in Spain you can buy them over the counter without a prescription.
Since malarone is not prescribed on the NHS, you need a private prescription from your doctor - mine charges about £15 for this so if there's a few of you wanting malarone there can be significant savings in the prescription costs alone.
