England v Wales 6
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A 'heads up' on this one lads and lasses... Your Country needs You !
The Welsh have declared the venue for Match 6........ Ginst.
13th of July 2008. Meet at 9am- start fishing 10am-celebrate another victory at 4pm.
A fabulous mark that could throw up a fish of a lifetime for some of us.
A good call from their Cpt.
We the England Team will take up your challenge Andy.
Would you also agree that the battered old cup, that's presented to the catcher of the longest fish, can now be called the 'Alan Wright Trophy', in his memory.I'd like that.

No doubt there will be another time when I can assist in making England the dominent force in UK sea-angling.......St John Ambulance member.
If everyone could do CPR, thousands of lives would be saved each year.... it isn't hard to learn, it's as easy as D.R A.B.C.D.E.....

Just to to remind you all Roamer as normal is organising the raffle, I know there are some cracking prizes already on offer. What you may not know that this raffle is being held to raise money for the ALZHIEMERS SOCIETY.
I suggested this as my sister has this disease and it is really terrible to see what it can do to people. My brother in law , who introduced me to sea angling but now only only Game fishes , has donated a used ( but in mint condition) ABU 10,000 two speed multiplier circa 1970's . I would expect this reel to be a collectors item in the near future if not already. Please make the effort to attend this meet and don't be shy when it comes to buying the raffle tickets .

SO the motor has an intermittent lecky fault, well thats what the AA are for ain't it ? LOL Still one little hurdle to sort out, so only 50 - 50% chance I can make it.
So whats the crack with Ginst then, flatty and bass rigs, roughly what lead will hold, I have a hooley of a job to find all my tackle its still pretty spread around in mates homes. How many rods can you fish, how many hooks ( Not that I was considering longlining ! LOL )
Do you have to be pure English ? or will 50% qualify ?
Baits will be whats in the freezer, unless I can buy some fresh rag ? and I bet black lugg will be a defo bad bait cause I have a ruck ! Can someone add a list of local tackle shops / bait suppliers ( PS. I will sound Welsh when I order, bound to get fresh then ! PMSL )
WHat fish count, is it weighed, measured, species allowed, catch & release ?
Is it a long shallow beach or a bit of a gradient ? How far is low water, is what I am getting at. I ain't no good walking a mile then shuffling every 3 minuites up a beach, and as much as I might like the thought of Patster carrying me, is a bit bigger than him ! LOL
I don't do comps, its against my religion !
Know how to prevent sagging?
Just eat till the wrinkles fill out.
Website dealing with yet another flood we suffered, thanks to all for the assistance.
