weymouth wrecking results
Went wrecking out of weymouth on sunday was a good day caught well on the flood but when the tide was ebbing the fish went off the feed as it slowed a little they started again. Between 7 fishing we landed over 45 pollack and one pout which i was unlucky to catch and it ate my redgill ( the only one that was catching).
Some success with storm shads but only the orange ones and a small perch like one. The small all orange redgill caught well and accounted for the two fish of the day two 13Lb pollack untill it fell foul of the wreck...oh well made up for the pout.
The firetail jelly worms caught well all day but were best on the slacker tide.
