Date & times for Putt's Charity competition in aid of the Bristol Royal Childrens Hospital & Ronald McDonalds House for parents with sick children.

SO..........Here we go.....

Satuday 16th August 2008 Puttsborough beach.
9.30pm-2.30am (low tide 12.39am).

£5 Entry.

Rules are :- 2 rods Max, 4 hooks Max, catch & Release.

Prizes for:-. biggest fish, total bag weight,most species. any more prizes donated will be sorted nearer the date, maybe a raffle.

Prizes are a Set of Moonfleet gear.

Dinner for 4 at Dozza's Chippy in Woolacombe.

I bit of advice.......bring as little kit as possible, when the tide turns you may be moving up the beach at a steady rate !!...

There will also be a cup awarded to the overall winner as decided by Mr Pix. The cup is 27.5cm tall as below

It will be engraved with The Puttsborough Open 2008, in aid of the Bristol Royal Childrens Hospital & Ronald McDonalds House and is to be called The Castle Cars Cup.
I have donated this through my business so have called it that to keep the taxman happy

It should be with me early next week and will then be sent on to Mr Pix.

The Cup has already arrived! I will get it sent off to Mr Pix as soon as I have an address to post it to. So, Mr Pix have you decided what the cup will be awarded for?

I hope that the chance to win such a trophy will encourage as many as possible to enter this comp. I only wish I was closer so that I could come along
