Newtown Winter League
At risk of recieving loads of abuse again but to hell with it
We are going to run a winter league again this year same format as last year £10.00 to join £5.00 each match all money going back in prizes
thinking of splitting league into 2 with first leg finishing at christmas so you get a payout to help at that time and part 2 running untill easter
sign on friday night weigh in sunday lunch time one angler one prize only best specimin to count winner of league will be angler with higest total over the series
first leg to be fished 23-28 september 2008
some sponsorship already in place (£100) and we are actively seeking more
So we should have a decent pot of cash to pay out to the winners
We will use a weight list adjusted to suit this time of year and the minimum size will be set at 65% of the specimin weight across the whole range
any comments are welcome but please be aware some fish will be eaten some kept for bait (catch and release if you can keep fish alive in a bucket its up to you )Boys@Newtown
