School of bass??
Hi guys. Right this is a wierd one but I am hoping some of you may be interested. Its in a very early stage, like we have just started discussing it today, but a bunch of us over here, ie me, a hotel owner, a fishing guide and a guy from Jersey tourism have decided we want to do a "Bass in" if you get what I mean. Its basically a chance for ten to twenty guys to get together for a few days and share info and styles and to learn from each other, styles and tips etc. This is for guys that want to learn how to lure fish, walking the dog, slidings and popping, right through to using bass rods with worm and live baits etc. There would be some beach, rock and small boat fishing involved. I am hoping Henry is still up for being involved, he said he was, so you'll even get to meet and fish with Mr "Your mothers a man" Gilbey. It will be sorted out as a package, flights, accom and transport. So the question is... anyone up for it?

Sounds like a great idea. I wouldn't be able to make it over, but how about someone filming each topic and lure action/techniques and posting web videos? Would be a great source of online info for beginners and experienced anglers alike!

Sounds great, count me in.
Mick I'll have to get you to put one of those red rods aside for me if I can resist not ordering one before then.

Yes Yes YES !!
Brilliant idea MFJ
I love plugging but don't enjoy it solo, this takes any hastle out of organising a trip. Guys at work do a trip to Ireland every other year but it's more about bait and each person sorts out their own accomodation (that spell hastle to me).
A long weekend or Mon - Fri would be a great thing.
Another friend of mine does a lot of plugging on our north coast and always intended to do something similar with a B&B but it never came off.
Again I really think it is a good idea and you could be onto something big... well done
