Calling Lowestofians, again!
Calling 'The Cod Father' and 'North Beacher!!'
How's the Hub-of-the-East-Coast fishin'?
Coming down next Thursday 17th for a couple of days.
Where shall I go? What will I catch? What bait should I use?
Cheers lads and anyone else who has fished there (or close by) recently!

A little report!
Now I know why no one replied, they were out on the North beach!
Very stormy but reports of codling coming in. At least that's what one chap told me and he'd listened, got some lugworm from Tackle Xchange and had three fish (looked 2half-3lb) on the beach when I spoke to him. Beach was busy although all were clinging to life just under the seawall with Beach Buddies facing the Ness and the NEW WINDMILL! Huge surf!
I was defeated by the conditions (my excuse) but arrived at the top of the tide, the fish having come at Low water and 1 hour up! Ah well, there's always next time! Take a St. Bernard with you this weekend and a pair of skis.
Just read 'Willie's' thread about his catch at Pakefield - Well done Willie! See I told you the cod were in!Last edited by swelleyman; 22-02-2005 at 18:16. Reason: additional info.
