all to local lads--hull,bridlington etc
i used to fish them but it was a lottery due to the locals over there bedding out for the night before in the "hotspots "tripods out
then going down in the morning to book on.therefore giving other lads no chance-yes it is a big event but its normally top twenty local lads has it is too big to peg.

as Ive always said its the taking part that matters ..............winning is a bonus ,
whats with the negative attitudes its a good couple of days out plenty of fresh air and the chance to win something ,
if some want to take it serious then its up to them fishing for me is a hobby and something i enjoy ...............
fishing is a pleasure not a chore when i become as serious as some take it ..................then I'll give up
tightlines........................daz

last time y/c and myself went, the experience of getting down the cliffs at holmpton [?] then watching people get stuck coming down afterwards and losing their wellies was bad, but on the last day, when i parked down on the spurn, the walk back to the car into the wind was three strides forward, then two steps back. the thing that really got to me was leaving a nearly new black car, and having it sand blasted for a few hours.
pleasure? do me a favour daz.
you can fool some of the people, some of the time. but a fool never fools anyone.
