midlands to north wales/anglesey
going up in a week. normally I will go up the M5 onto M6 then onto shrewsbury, wrexham, chester then along the coast road to Bangor.
however, sat nav says no. it is telling me the quickest rout is iver the bridge into wales then up through! me thinks this will be a nightmare.
any of you lot living near worcester? I am thinking it will save me some time to go up through kidderminster, under birmingham up to shrewsbury?
you lot have any clever ways of cutting time?Moonfleet-angling.com for clever rigs

When I go up to Chester from here, the options are Leominster to Shrewsbury or Kidderminster to Bridgnorth, Telford, Whitchurch and then Chester.
Men are like fish, we only get into trouble when we open our mouth.

Stick to the motorways mate - it may seem longer but you get a better shot at a steady 70mph. The roads to Kiddy from Worcester area are always slow at peak times and even off peak they arent that fast.
