tay, newtyle report 21/2/09

so headed off to the newtyle beat on the tay yesterday with 3 mates at 5:45am no fish were caught but saw a few fresh and some kelts jumpin about in some pools was a good day luvly weather wind did pick up tho, no fish were caught but a good day and a couple of pics of the newtyle beat and martin the ghillies dog,

nice looking spot dude,

do you fish from the banks or wade there? looks a bit much for wading (not that i'd really know!)

both bank fishin wading and the boat mate, very nice spot and a good price too

looks a great spot mate i am not the best fresh water fisherman lol
i normally sea fishing but go to Scotland for me hols and i do some fly
fishing up there in the farms i love it.
