holderness coast conditions (today)
i was a little wary of standing on the cliff top as it did not feel safe at all as you could feel the cliffs shaking under your feet.
looking towards east newton (from ringborough farm) the waves was hitting the cliffs and flying 30ft in the air and swamping the feilds on the cliff tops
there was a constant 40mph North east wind
and a very deep swell and the air filled with spray
i also have a couple of short films (from my digi cam) of the sea conditions if you would like me to email you them let me know

no wonder the cliffs are going so fast when they get pounded like that-bet spurn goes again this weekend
