i think i have a sticking piston ring

apart from powertune is there anyother thing i can use there must be a chemical i could blast in to the pot how about assitone or somthing like that help needed as i have limited number of brain cells left now and i dont think strait so please help

Nothing that I know of in a can. Strip down and decoke is the only way I know. I would be intrested if there is something available.

I always thought RedeX was good for sticking valves and rings.

Have you tried an engine flush. You could try
http://www.ecotekplc.com/products.htm look at Powerbooster, can't vouch for it but I use the CB26P on my Rover 420 and it is AWESOME! mpg up from 32 to 40 on a run and improved power through the whole rev range.

I'd be wary of anything that decokes like that on a 2-stroke. Notice the tests are only carried out on 4-strokes. I suspect that spraying that into your engine will strip the oil from the bores and bearings as it goes through-effectively like running your engine without 2-stroke oil.

Redex used straight into the carbs in a hand spray while the engine's running might work though... it's got oil in it so won't ruin your engine and is proven to be safe on 2-strokes.

BUT...

It's far more likely to be corroded/rusted up rings on your engine rather than needing a decoke Mike-it HAS been stood for 5 years.Decoke techniques are unlikely to work. It's usual for the bottom cylinder to suffer 1st.

As Nos4r2 says, squirting Redex into the air intake of the carb whilst the engine is running is step one, (make sure its on a fast tick over at least, half throttle is better), there will be a lot of white smoke, you cant do any harm apart from annoy the neighbours because its oil based.
If you have done a compression test? you should know which piston it is, pour neat redex into the plug hole & leave it, you can do that several times, if its a "sticker" it will free up, I love redex it has done wonders for engines for me.

Stop! Beware of spraying anything such as Redex etc into a two stroke engine whilst running. Upping the oil content of the fuel/oil ratio in a two stroke leans the mix possibly leading to seizure. Its a little known fact that many two strokes, particularly race engines are often seized by the operator using an overly oily premix or setting the oil flow through the pump too high (the opposite of what would be expected).
As Chris P correctly says, a strip down and manual decoke is the best way to go.

Mike its your call, its either the Redex treatment, or you have to either do a manual strip-down yourself (if you have the tools & knowledge), or get somebody to do it for you, if you have a healthy bank balance!
Mind it wont be very healthy after you get the bill, with a straightforward service costing anything between 180-250, a strip-down, (new rings?), rebuild, lucky if you get any change out of 600-700, you can buy a good runner on e-bay for less than that!
I would still be an advocate of Redex sprayed into the carb inlet, (not put in with a hose pipe)! but a couple of puffs over a 5 minute period.

I'd like to add that the guys running over-oily mixtures while racing are running at high revs and overheat when they sieze due to a weak mixture while under heavy load-the heat from the weak mixture also destroys the lubrication properties of the oil on the bores.

A redex decoke at a little above tickover with no load on the engine isn't going to do any harm as long as it's cooling properly. I'd use a bit more than a couple of puffs over 5 minutes-maybe a good puff into each carb per minute.
